Hi gorgeous! I’m Carrie — the heart and hustle behind Love Lush Events!

Long before Love Lush Events was born, I was cutting images of  beautiful spaces and celebrations from magazines, imagining how I would bring them to life.  I also watched my mother transform our home for the holidays. It wasn't always about how everything looked,  but how it was presented in a thoughtful manner. Intentional details such as hand written notes, matching gift wrap ( yes we each had our own special wrapping paper!), and special moments for everyone on Christmas.  

The  magical feeling of how special we all felt  continues to influence the way I design today.  As the founder and Creative Director of Love Lush Events LLC, I bring years of experience to wedding planning, floral design, and full event production to all celebrations. I'm a visionary designer with a logistics driven mind, which means I don't see your wedding as a collection of seperate details. I see the complete experience - how the florals, decor, layout, lighting, rentals, movement,  and  meaninful moments all work together while thoughtfully managing every detail to execute it beautifully. 

I lead with intention, listen closely, and care deeply about the couples that trust us with their weddings. At Love Lush Events, we’re not just planning weddings — we’re continuing a story that spans generations. A story of hard work, heart, tradition, and fearless creativity. Because when you build a day with love, soul, and legacy at the center... The memories don’t just sparkle — they stay golden.

Creativity isn’t just something I picked up — it’s stitched into my DNA.

Where It All Began

I grew up watching my grandmother — my namesake — work wonders with a sewing machine, turning simple fabrics into lifelong memories. She taught me early that the real magic is in the details. My mom was the queen of decorating.  From designing silk flowers to hosting unforgettable parties, she showed me that decor isn’t just stuff - its what sets the tone for memories people cherish forever.

Designing, decorating, and celebrating — it’s who we are.

Fast forward to my own love story: On my wedding day, I married my best friend at a venue that felt like it was crafted just for us — and honestly, it kind of was. My husband brought his creative, custom-build genius to the table, crafting pieces that made our celebration uniquely ours.

It hit me that day:
 When my design vision meets his craftsmanship, we create experiences that are next-level. But it didn’t stop there. Building Love Lush Events became a true family affair. My kids have been hands-on from day one — helping brainstorm, building with heart, focusing on the small details that make all the difference. Their work ethic, creativity, and passion have helped shape this business into more than just a brand — they helped build a legacy.

I love being part of an amazing experience and helping couples achieve their dream weddings. I love working with Carrie and the team because they are so supportive, kind, and caring to me and everyone around them! Some fun facts about me- I LOVE baking and cooking !

With over five years of experience designing with fresh and faux blooms, she creates floral moments full of mood, texture, and main-character energy. Her designs are more than pretty—they’re intentional, emotional, and built to tell your unique story.

When she’s not knee-deep in stems or styling a swoon-worthy centerpiece, Leticia is soaking up time with her two kids and doting on her beloved pups. Flowers may be her love language, but it’s family and joy that fuel everything she does.

With a sharp eye for design, calm energy, and serious hustle, he ensures each setup—from custom builds to floral details—comes together with precision and style. And if there’s music playing, don’t be surprised to catch him dancing in the corner—it’s just part of his rhythm on the job.

A true behind-the-scenes pro, Christopher keeps event days flowing smoothly, quietly managing the details while soaking in the magic. From perfect installs to last-dance moments, he blends skill, heart, and just the right dose of fun to help create unforgettable wedding days.

From transport to installation, he handles the setup and styling with precision—and a touch of sarcasm to keep things fun. Working alongside his family, he shows up for couples like they’re part of the crew, always bringing care, commitment, and coffee (usually while building half the wedding with one hand).

With a sharp eye for design and a closet ready for anything, Jayden has a sixth sense for what looks good and where everything belongs. From managing logistics to ensuring every candle, charger, and custom detail arrives perfectly, he brings heart, hustle, and just the right soundtrack—usually with a little rap and a lot of style.

From custom props to large-scale installations, floral magic to wild design challenges, he transforms “Can we pull this off?” into “Already done.” With power tools in one hand and creativity in the other, Bert is the builder of dreams, slayer of Pinterest boards, and the behind-the-scenes legend that brings the wow factor to life.
